Cursor-based pagination and filtering
requires: t2-p2-04
Spec
Cursor-based pagination - not offset - on the task list endpoint, plus filtering by status, assignee and date range. Document in docs/pagination.md why cursor-based suits this use case.
Why this matters
Offset pagination silently skips and duplicates rows when the underlying data changes mid-scroll, and degrades on large offsets. Both problems are invisible until you have real data and real traffic.

# t2-p2-05 — Cursor-based pagination and filtering
**Task:** Cursor-based pagination - not offset - on the task list endpoint, plus filtering by status, assignee and date range. Document in docs/pagination.md why cursor-based suits this use case.
**Strong:** Directly answers every one of the review questions below in the affirmative, with specific evidence from the actual work, not a restatement of the task.
- Does it name the skip/duplicate anomaly, not just "offset is slow"?
**Passing but weak:** The deliverable exists and technically satisfies the spec, but is generic, restates the task instructions instead of engaging with them, or only partially addresses the review questions below.
**Fails:** The deliverable is missing, or engages with none of the review questions below - e.g. it describes what was built without explaining the reasoning the task actually asks for.
