Linter and type-checker as a second verifier

Configure strict linting and type-checking to run automatically after every agent edit, and instruct the agent to iterate against failures until both pass without you intervening mid-loop.

Tests catch behavioural regressions; types and lint catch the sloppiness that produces them later. Two independent signals also make it much harder for the agent to satisfy one by damaging the other.
