Delegation risk rubric

requires: t3-p2-03

Write a rubric classifying files as safe to fully delegate, delegate with checkpoint, or do manually - based on what you observed, using test coverage, dependency count and business criticality - and apply it to the remaining codebase.

Delegation judgement is the transferable skill from this entire track. A rubric derived from your own measured outcomes transfers to a new codebase; an intuition does not.

# t3-p2-04 — Delegation risk rubric **Task:** Write a rubric classifying files as safe to fully delegate, delegate with checkpoint, or do manually - based on what you observed, using test coverage, dependency count and business criticality - and apply it to the remaining codebase. **Strong:** Directly answers every one of the review questions below in the affirmative, with specific evidence from the actual work, not a restatement of the task. - Are the thresholds concrete? - Is the rubric grounded in the batch-run outcomes? **Passing but weak:** The deliverable exists and technically satisfies the spec, but is generic, restates the task instructions instead of engaging with them, or only partially addresses the review questions below. **Fails:** The deliverable is missing, or engages with none of the review questions below - e.g. it describes what was built without explaining the reasoning the task actually asks for.
