Reviewer agent that can send work back

requires: t3-p3-02

A third role reviewing the implementer's diff against a checklist - style consistency, no behaviour change beyond scope, coverage maintained - which can return tasks to the implementer with specific feedback before they count as done.

A reviewer that can only approve is decoration. The ability to reject, with specific feedback, is what makes the loop self-correcting rather than a rubber stamp with extra token cost.

# t3-p3-03 — Reviewer agent that can send work back **Task:** A third role reviewing the implementer's diff against a checklist - style consistency, no behaviour change beyond scope, coverage maintained - which can return tasks to the implementer with specific feedback before they count as done. **Strong:** Directly answers every one of the review questions below in the affirmative, with specific evidence from the actual work, not a restatement of the task. - Did the reviewer ever actually reject? - A 100% approval rate is a red flag. **Passing but weak:** The deliverable exists and technically satisfies the spec, but is generic, restates the task instructions instead of engaging with them, or only partially addresses the review questions below. **Fails:** The deliverable is missing, or engages with none of the review questions below - e.g. it describes what was built without explaining the reasoning the task actually asks for.
