Full run and retrospective

requires: t3-p3-06

Run the full pipeline on all remaining files, then write a retrospective comparing total time against the Phase 1 single-agent approach, error rate, and where a human checkpoint was still necessary.

"Where a human was still necessary" is the finding worth having. It is the honest boundary of current tooling, and it is the thing that will have moved by the time you next do this.

No result yet. Run `learn verify t3-p3-07` locally, or push to trigger CI.

# t3-p3-07 — Full run and retrospective **Task:** Run the full pipeline on all remaining files, then write a retrospective comparing total time against the Phase 1 single-agent approach, error rate, and where a human checkpoint was still necessary. **Strong:** Directly answers every one of the review questions below in the affirmative, with specific evidence from the actual work, not a restatement of the task. - Are the comparisons against the recorded Phase 1 baseline, with real numbers? - Is at least one genuine limitation named? **Passing but weak:** The deliverable exists and technically satisfies the spec, but is generic, restates the task instructions instead of engaging with them, or only partially addresses the review questions below. **Fails:** The deliverable is missing, or engages with none of the review questions below - e.g. it describes what was built without explaining the reasoning the task actually asks for.
