t4-p1-01authored3–5h
Five problem interviews
Spec
Talk to 5 people - teammates, a community, classmates - about how they currently handle standups and status updates. Document verbatim pain points, not your interpretation of them, in research/interviews.json.
Why this matters
Verbatim, because the paraphrase is where your hypothesis quietly replaces their experience. The exact words someone used are the only defence against hearing what you hoped to hear.

# t4-p1-01 — Five problem interviews
**Task:** Talk to 5 people - teammates, a community, classmates - about how they currently handle standups and status updates. Document verbatim pain points, not your interpretation of them, in research/interviews.json.
**Strong:** Directly answers every one of the review questions below in the affirmative, with specific evidence from the actual work, not a restatement of the task.
- Are pain points quoted, or summarised into the author's framing?
- Does any interview contradict the hypothesis? Five that all agree is suspicious.
**Passing but weak:** The deliverable exists and technically satisfies the spec, but is generic, restates the task instructions instead of engaging with them, or only partially addresses the review questions below.
**Fails:** The deliverable is missing, or engages with none of the review questions below - e.g. it describes what was built without explaining the reasoning the task actually asks for.
