**Task:** A bot that can post a message and receive threaded replies, with hello-world
working and installed in one real workspace by day 1.

**Strong:** Screenshot or recording showing the bot actually installed in a real workspace
(not a personal sandbox created just for this), posting a message and receiving a threaded
reply, dated within the stated 1-day window.

**Passing but weak:** The bot works technically (posts and receives replies) but is only
installed in a throwaway test workspace, or the timing evidence is missing/unclear.

**Fails:** No working installation, or install/permission blockers were hit and not
resolved - which is exactly the failure mode this task's timebox exists to surface early.
