Collect threaded replies from each team member and store them. A simple database or even a spreadsheet API - do not over-engineer storage at this stage.
Why this matters
Explicitly under-engineered. Storage is the most common place a one-week MVP dies, and nothing in the hypothesis depends on how the rows are stored.
