Deploy to your validated group of at least 3 real people for at least 5 working days. Real daily usage, not a demo.
Why this matters
The track's defining constraint, and deliberately impossible to satisfy with a machine. Real usage produces the surprises - people replying in the wrong thread, ignoring the bot on Fridays - that no amount of self-testing surfaces.

# t4-p2-06 — Launch to real users
**Task:** Deploy to your validated group of at least 3 real people for at least 5 working
days. Real daily usage, not a demo.
**Strong:** Evidence (usage logs, screenshots) of at least 3 distinct real people using the
deployed product across 5+ distinct working days, with no single-sitting demo session
counted as "usage."
**Passing but weak:** 3+ people used it, but usage clusters in fewer than 5 days, or one
"user" is clearly the builder testing their own product.
**Fails:** Fewer than 3 real users, or what's submitted as evidence is a demo (builder
walking someone through it once) rather than independent daily use.
