Why this matters
Trend, not snapshot. A single number cannot distinguish a bot people are adopting from one they are abandoning, and those need opposite responses.

# t4-p3-02 — Metrics dashboard
**Task:** A simple report - even a generated weekly summary - showing your defined metrics
trending across the usage period.
**Strong:** Shows the exact 2-3 metrics defined in t4-p3-01, as a trend across the real
usage period (multiple data points over time), computed from real usage data - not a
single end-of-period number.
**Passing but weak:** The report exists and shows real numbers, but as a single snapshot
rather than a trend, or covers different metrics than the ones actually committed to
beforehand.
**Fails:** No report, or the numbers shown don't trace back to the metrics defined before
launch - silently substituting different, more flattering measurements after the fact.
